TrainingRegister® is a training management system designed to help manage, track, schedule and document daily training activities and monitor training requirements. It gives instant access to training records and provide on-time management reports for organizations of all sizes.
- TrainingRegister® can be used as a self standing Total Training Management System or it can be used in conjunction with existing main frame data. Either way it provides rapid reporting at each manager's workstation.
- TrainingRegister® permits creating Training Programs that define curricula for people based on their job, group, task or individual development plan. Reports can then be prepared that list needed classes, people who need the training, and individual progress. It even lets you stay on top of periodic required training.
- The TrainingRegister® Skill Tracking feature lets you classify and locate individuals who possess a specific or general skill and skill level.
- The TrainingRegister® Web Module contains a Self-Enrollment feature. Employees and customers can schedule for training from anywhere in the world and receive a confirmation letter after their request has been approved.
- An optional TrainingRegister® Import Utility can be customized to import / update existing employee or training data from other systems.
TrainingRegister®can help you both manage your training department and keep tabs on the details. Summary management reports provide overall training progress, costs and projected costs by department, division or account code. Detail reports let you confirm an employee's training, monitor their training progress and see what training they need.
TrainingRegister® Administration Module -is the basic or main module. It can be installed on a single PC or on the workstations of several Training Administrators and/or Managers so they can all share one common training management database. The number of installations is not restricted as long as they all share one common database. This is the same database shared by the Web Module described elsewhere on this website.

This module shares a database with the Administration Module and is typically used by Employees, Supervisors, Managers and Customers to view scheduled training, request enrollment, launch WBT and prepare reports. Companies with an Intranet can use the Web Module in addition to the Administration Module.

- View their Complete Training History. This shows all training recorded, classes dropped and classes in which they are enrolled.
- View their Required Training Progress. This shows all required training and how they are progressing. Training requirements are defined by the training programs (curricula) they are linked to because of their position, job, dept, division and/or task.
- View their Compliance with Required Training. This displays a summary rather than the detail which is included in the Required Training Progress report.
- View some of their Employment and Demographic Information.

- Request Enrollment in Scheduled Training. The request can be configured to go to the employee's supervisor, the Training Administrator that owns the class or both. This permits implementing a custom approval process.
- Review and launch WBT (Web Based Training) titles which have been configured to be displayed on the website. Configuration is performed with the Administration Module.
